If you're unfamiliar with yuzu, it's a super unique citrus fruit which is common in east Asia which is somewhere between a mandarin and a lemon. All we know is that it's absolutely delicious when paired with spicy chillies.

🍍 Sunshine on Tokyo - Pineapple & Yuzu Hot Sauce

Our Sunshine series takes a juicy pineapple base sauce and mashes it up with a new fruit. This time, we're off to Tokyo to explore the intense world of Asian citrus fruits. A love child between a mandarin and a lemon, yuzu brings an incredible lip-smacking zing to the pineapple party.

This zesty sauce is absolutely incredible on tacos, fish, pizza and probably even ice cream.
