This dry hopped hot sauce celebrates New Zealand and its amazing beer and culture. Bursting at the seams with beetroot and garlic, with a dash of pineapple and Nelson Sauvin hops, this super silky sauce is heaps tasty on pies and hot chips.

We made this Kiwi inspired classic with our pals at NZBC and Moonwake Beer Co for New Zealand Beer Month and we're super stoked with how it turned out.

• Apple Cider Vinegar
• Garlic
• Ghost Peppers (2.5%)
• Nelson Sauvin Hops
• Xanthan Gum
